Your first consultation will take 45 minutes. Subsequent treatment sessions are 30 minutes. You will be seen in a private treatment room. All conversations and records are kept confidential. We will only release information about you and your condition to other health practitioners or specialists with your approval.

Please bring with you the results of any investigations you have had done and any medications you are taking. You should also bring with you the details of your health insurance if you have it.

1. Initial Consultation

We will take a detailed health history and discuss any investigations that you underwent X-ray / MRI,CT, EMG etc. This will be linked with your physical examination to provide you an accurate diagnosis. We will advise you whether further investigations are required and can refer you for this.

We will offer you a comprehensive physiotherapy, orthopaedic and neurological examination.

We will discuss the findings of your assessment and examination, so you have a full understanding of the diagnosis, proposed treatment plans and time this will take. We aim to achieve this as quickly as possible.

2. Treatment sessions

These may consist of advising and prescribing medication, cortico steroid injections, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations or manipulation, acupuncture, etc. An individual exercise program will also be devised and written information given.
