Pilates
Our Pilates classes are designed to enable you to improve and maintain your mobility; whether you are recovering from an injury or health condition or if you are a sporting athlete that wants to keep your body and mind balanced, strong and flexible; whatever age, gender or ability you are.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. We focus on a strengthening, stretching to improve core strength, flexibility and muscle balance.
We offer an initial 1:1 assessment to identify individual needs; which allows a much more individualised approach.
Movement helps to heal your body and keeps it healthy throughout your life. By emphasising proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on smooth, flowing movement, you become acutely in tune with your body. You actually learn how to control its movement.
We are known for our whole-body approach in our treatments and exercise groups.
